Paul

Paul started his career as a glass collector for Revolution bars in Liverpool. He then went on to progress through the ranks becoming a bartender and supervisor in Baby Cream. After a few years working in the bar industry Paul became the manager of Sir Thomas Hotel where he employed Andy as the restaurant manager in 2013 and Danielle as a waitress in 2014. Paul is now the manager of So Salsa and has slipped right into place!!
