Ste as many of our staff, started in Fat Italian in 2009 as a KP. He moved into the chef world quickly in Fat Italian and So Salsa before venturing into Liverpool Bar & Grill working his way up to become a junior sous chef in 2013. From here he took a short trip across Castle Street and started in Cau where he become area sous chef working in Cau restaurants across the country. Ste was poached and brought back to his roots in So Salsa in 2017 as sous chef, before becoming head chef in 2019. If you ever take a glance into the kitchen in So Salsa, don’t be afraid of Ste, he is a gentle giant who organises the busiest kitchen in Crosby!!
